A great extender for the more advanced. Silicone is soft, with a velvet finish, easy to wash. The tip of the expander is moderately flexible and does not cause discomfort during prolonged wear. If you use it together with the 3 piece extender set of the same brand you should be able to prepare for your partner's member if he is more gifted. The circumference of the expander at its thickest part is 14.13 cm. My rating is ★★★★☆ for two reasons: 1. The vacuum base is not the most comfortable for extended and discreet wear (compared to T-shaped dilators.). 2. The extender has a velvety finish, not completely smooth (which is my personal preference).

Quality product at a good price! It is quite large and I think up to 40 mm in diameter, the optimal size!

Here is my honest opinion/review:
At first I was a bit reserved, what to expect, because in the pictures this tool is a virtual 3D-visualization instead of a real picture of the product, also the labels on the packaging are not the best graphic layout and last but not least the low price...
All these preconceptions instantly evaporated as soon as I had the opportunity to open the package and see the little fellow.
Quality packaging, there is a fine mesh bag inside to store it.
The expander itself is made of silky smooth silicone material, with an amazing touch feeling. Extremely flexible in its thin top, harmoniously and smoothly flows to the maximum width of his waist and this helps to almost imperceptibly slip into the dark honor of the ass. Of course, supported by a sufficient amount of anal lubricant (water-based), which is mandatory for the smooth operation of this tool. Lubricate your hole with it, lubricate the dilator and his dance can begin, or you can simply push him inside and enjoy his palpable presence while he's inside you. Inside, there is a solid heavy part with a spherical shape, which further adds to the sensational feel.
Its vacuum base allows you to stick it to any smooth surfaces and penetrate at different angles depending on the position in which you attach it.

I chose the medium size - model "SENSITIVE" with a diameter of up to 1.8" (46mm), but working with it is so light that without much effort I could handle the large "STURDY" model, whose diameter reaches the respective 55mm
