A very good vacuum does. Not that I've used others, but it really pulls like a black hole! The feeling is that the veins are working harder, and right after the workout, the tool looks and feels a little puffier and ready. Before using the pump, it is best to rub and blood the clubs, but without too much playing and squeezing, to prepare the tissues from the outside and inside, keeping the risk of injury low (my program involves rubbing from the trunk up in a gentle circular motion, like making a dough worm, then I pat it lightly on the leg and finally the warm-up ends with a pull-up with a grip at the base of the head. All these movements must be done gently and without allowing a feeling of pain). For me, the erection did not start during the first 2 uses, but I do not insist on it. I will pump with a gradual increase in voltage so as not to burst any capillaries there. The product seems super reliable and it really is what it looks like! Tip: don't jump on the most expensive model if you don't have a python in your pants, by the way. This one is more than enough for the average exerciser!
